Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Hector’s Images Photography. If, for any reason, You are

not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our

policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for session fees paid to schedule with

the studio as well as digital and printed products that You purchased.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in

this Agreement) refers to Hector’s Images Photography, 400 Fall Creek

Drive, Richardson, TX

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service or in person in

your home, or at the studio.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Hector’s Images Photography, accessible from

https://hectorsimages.com

You means the individual accessing or using the Service or conducting

business in person, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of

which such individual is accessing or using the Service or conducting

business in person, as applicable.Your Order Cancellation Rights

Retainer fees are non-refundable. We are happy to accommodate

rescheduling based on studio availability. Rescheduling after 30 days

will require another retainer fee. In the circumstance whereby additional

services are included with the session, such as hair and makeup artists,

additional assistants, or location reservation and permitting fees, these

fees may be retained regardless of sufficient notice should the third party

also impose a rescheduling fee.

Services Rendered

No refunds will be issued in the event that you do not attend one/any/all

of your scheduled appointments, or decide to terminate the portrait

process before all appointments have been completed. Chargebacks will

be considered theft of services and reported as such.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to the Company

address listed above.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return

shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail

service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the

Goods or proof of received return delivery.
